In midweek, Chelsea played at home against Wimbledon in the second round of the English League Cup. Against an opponent who is only playing in League Two, coach Mauricio Pochettino made many changes compared to the most recent 3-0 victory over Luton. Currently, the London team is ranked 10th on the rankings with 4 points after 3 matches played. Chelsea ended a streak of 8 consecutive matches without winning at home in the Premier League by defeating Luton, they also kept their first clean sheet in the Premier League since April. Now Chelsea is confident of winning 3 more points against Nottingham.
